Cloud services are services that provide convenient on-demand network access to computing resources (such as data networks, servers, storage devices and applications) that are deployed in the cloud infrastructure and are accessible from a variety of devices.

With cloud services, you delegate the operations of installing and configuring applications, configuring the computing power of your infrastructure, monitoring, backing up data, and only consuming services as if they were installed on your work systems.

This service delivery model is defined as XaaS, or Anything-as-a-service. With this type of access, the user is provided with a complete solution: from the off-the-shelf hardware and software to business process management, including the interaction between users. The user only needs Internet access to manage the solution.

Presentation Layer - data presentation layer that provides customers and portal operator with a set of relevant user interfaces to manage the XaaS storefront, storefront, personal account

Business Logic Layer - Layer of scripted business logic for the service lifecycle, billing processes and customer care scenarios, based on Delta OMS

Integration Layer - Level of integration with customer's internal enterprise systems, as well as various partner platforms

To standardize, simplify and therefore speed up the process of onboarding partners can use General Partner API. The Platform is applicable to a variety of business areas and can be deployed for customers in the B2B and B2C segments:

User Interfaces.

WEB Portal - an application storefront for XaaS services, available to all users on the Internet. It has a detailed description for each of the presented applications and a comparison table of tariffs. It is possible to bundle several apps when ordering into a bundle.

SelfService - self-service portal providing B2B and B2C clients with the possibility to independently obtain actual information about the status of their order processing, manage connected services and keep in touch with the service provider. The self-service portal integrates with the internal systems of the service provider, allowing you to take a step towards omni-channel interaction with the customer.

The storefront is managed and the offerings are configured through a specialized product catalog interface.
